Mont-Park Hotel - Benidorm

The spacious pool area is a definite highlight.

Some of the staff had a serious attitude problem. The food was hit and miss. I encountered poorly cooked meals that were hard to enjoy. It was annoying to deal with the inconsistent quality of service from staff members.

The breakfast is delicious and the staff is very polite.

The food was outstanding - lots of options.

The kids had a blast in the clean and revamped pool area, and i enjoyed the variety of food options available. The attention to cleanliness really stood out .

the hotel was clean, rooms were fine and clean, food could have been better. ok for a short stay would not have liked to have been booked into for a two week break.

Food was varied, bar staff service good.

Bedrooms let the hotel down, they are in need of updating and so do the furnishings. Bed linen and towels are in need of replacing they are threadbare. We stayed here 40 years ago for our honeymoon and wanted to see the place again. No-one was interested.

I thought the food was excellent, both in choice and quality, as were the restaurant staff.

The main draw back of the hotel is it's lack of parking.it is not possible to park outside, unless you are very lucky, even to load and un load your car. We had to climb up nad down the near by streets each time we returned to the hotel, looking for parking-and that was in February! Alos, the rooms are in serious need of a re-fit and re-decoration.

The food was excellent the staff pleasant and cheerful would definately stay again. Great value for money

The hotel featured a lovely pool area. The staff was friendly. I particularly enjoyed the blend of guests from various backgrounds. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

The lack of a fridge in the room was somewhat disappointing.

Incredible food choices for breakfast.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and nestled in a Spanish style building with a marvellous and fab location. Affable staff ensures you spend a really amazing time here. The breakfast is delicious, one of the best things. Would absolutely stay here again if we go to Benidorm, liked it.

Recommend it for solo travelers

Had a nice big room,, even tho it didn't have a balcony, still felt spacious. The food was decent,, especially the breakfasts were a solid start for each day.

It wasn't exactly budget but still acceptable for what you get.

I thought the location was good and the outside area was clean and attractive. I also was relieved that there was no nightly enterainment in the hotel and it was generally quiet. I thought the evening meal was varied and appetising.There was also a good mix of guests both English and Spanish.

I found my first floor room had basic furnishings contrasting with the more upmarket appearance of the outside. There was no air con in use at any time in the room.

Our booking was made by my daughter at short notice when our other accomadation became unavailable. We were pleasantly surprised as the hotel was spotless. It was basic but fulfilled our needs. The location was good as we could see the beach from our balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. It does cater for the Spanish clientel and the food reflected this. However we always found something to eat. We would have liked to see more variation especially with the salads. We would stay there again so cant say faither than that.

Had a blast with friends at this lovely hotel. The clean facilities and friendly staff. We loved the delicious food options and the nice pool area. Don't miss the TV room and playroom for downtime! Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and local attractions like Aqualandia and Mundomar.

One downside was the inconsistent service from the receptionist, who was a bit unfriendly and didn't provide much info on check-in. It didn't ruin our stay but left room for improvement.
